Short answer: none of the six copiers we read lists a free plan that copies live signals. TTMT's was the only free trial on the pages we read: seven days on a demo account, with a payment method collected first. TelegramFX Copier shows a demo of its dashboard. Apart from ours, all five offer a refund on a first purchase, from 7 to 30 days, and at two of them (TSCopier and TelegramFX Copier) only if the product does not work as described. Ours offers neither a trial nor a refund: its test mode runs inside a paid subscription.
Everything below was read from each vendor's own pages on 3 Nov 2026, linked at the end.
What each copier lets you do before paying
| Copier | Free plan | Free trial or demo | Refund window | Conditions on the refund |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TTMT | no | 7 days on a demo account; payment method taken before you connect a broker | 30 days from the first payment | no reason asked; trading losses excluded |
| TSCopier | not stated | not stated | 7 days from purchase | only if the product "doesn't work as described"; renewals and lifetime licences excluded |
| Copygram | no | "No free trial" | 7 days, first purchase | renewals and upgrades excluded |
| trade2sync | not stated | not offered on the pricing page; its terms mention one | 7 calendar days | none once 7 or more signals are processed; none after a free trial |
| TelegramFX Copier | not stated | a dashboard demo with sample channels | 14 days, first purchase | only if it "cannot function as described" after working with support; renewals and promotional offers excluded |
| Forexero Copier (ours) | no | no; test mode inside the paid subscription | none | fees are non-refundable |
What each option covers
TTMT's trial is the closest thing to free copying on the list: seven days on a demo account, so it shows how the copier reads and places your channel's signals, not how your broker fills them with real money. Its free-copier page says sign-up collects a payment method before the broker step, and when the seven days end, the plan you picked starts.
TelegramFX Copier's demo shows the dashboard before you sign up, with channels labelled as samples. It does not say that it places trades, so treat it as a look at the screens. Its 14-day refund on a first purchase applies only if the service "cannot function as described" after you have worked with its support, and its policy makes promotional offers final sale; the home page showed a "50% Off All Plans" banner on 3 Nov 2026.
Refund windows at TSCopier, Copygram and trade2sync are seven days, and each has conditions worth reading first. trade2sync's ends once your account has processed seven signals, which a busy channel can reach within days. TSCopier's covers a product that does not work as described, not a change of mind, and excludes lifetime licences.
Ours has none of these. Test mode reads a channel and shows each trade it would have placed, sized by your rules, without sending anything to the broker, but it runs inside the paid subscription: £49.99 a month standalone, or £29.99 for Forexero VIP members, cancellable any time with access to the end of the paid period. On trying before paying, we are behind every other copier here.
Where the running cost sits
A copier that works while you are away has to hold your Telegram session and your MetaTrader connection open somewhere, and the pages we read show who pays for that part. TelegramFX Copier passes the MetaTrader connection to you: its pricing says MetaApi is "sold separately", its helpdesk puts that at "around $5-$10 per month depending on how many trades you send through it", and a balance has to be deposited at MetaApi before you connect. Our copier page says Forexero's execution infrastructure is included in the price, with no separate MetaApi bill and no VPS to rent. TSCopier's main product installs on your own Windows PC or VPS with an Expert Advisor in your terminal, and its FAQ recommends a VPS to be "completely hands-free"; an EA works only while its terminal is running, as our copier and EA comparison explains.
Getting the most from a trial or refund window
- Choose the channel before the copier. A trial spent finding out that a channel loses is spent on the wrong question; judge its record first with our provider guide.
- Connect a demo account first, even where the trial allows a live one.
- Count every signal against the copier's log, every day: placed, skipped with a reason, or missing.
- Wait for the channel's follow-ups. A close message, a stop move and an edit are where copiers differ most, and a quiet week will not show them.
- Watch the clock and the counter. Note the day the trial or refund window ends, and on trade2sync the seventh signal.
- Decide before the window closes, not after the first renewal.
For our signals rather than our copier, the free Telegram channel and the public record are the way to judge before paying; why we do not run a free trial explains that choice.
