If you register for Subscription Based Services, you agree to pay the applicable Subscription Fees set forth on the Site or App, must designate a payment method, and must provide us with accurate billing and payment information, with a continuing obligation to keep it up to date.
If the Subscription Based Services include a third-party product or service, you understand and agree that your purchase and use of the Service is also subject to the third party's terms of service and privacy policy, which you should read thoroughly before agreeing to them. Forexero assumes no liability or responsibility for such products or services when they are provided by a third party.
You represent that you are at least the minimum age required to enter into a legal agreement. You agree to pay us for any Subscription Based Services you purchase from us (or a third party), as well as all other charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including purchases made by you or anyone you allow to use your account or any sub or linked accounts (including any person with implied, actual, or apparent authority), or anyone who gains access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your authentication credentials.
You authorize and direct us to charge your designated payment method for these charges, or, if it fails, to charge any other payment method you have on file with us, even if we received it in association with other Subscription Based Services. You are responsible for all charges even if your payment method fails or is denied. You authorize us to retain all information about any payment method associated with your account. We may import payment information you entered during a prior purchase and provide you the option to use that information during the purchase of a new product.
You permit us to obtain and use updated information from the issuer of your payment method in accordance with the policies and procedures of any applicable card brands. We may in some instances continue charging a payment method past its expiration date at our discretion, subject to the payment processor's or issuing bank's approval. Surcharges may apply if you use certain payment methods, such as payment from your checking or savings account. We may charge for Subscription Based Services in advance and on a daily, monthly, yearly, lump sum, or other basis in accordance with the stated terms, as long as your subscription remains active, even if you have not downloaded or used the Service or accessed your online account. We may take steps to verify the validity of the credit card information you provide, for verification and anti-fraud purposes.
We use auto-renewal for many of our Subscription Based Services. At the expiration of each subscription term, we will automatically renew your subscription and charge the credit card or other payment method you have provided. Unless otherwise stated, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the then-current price, excluding promotional and discount pricing. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you forget to cancel your membership prior to the renewal date. We do not provide refunds or prorated refunds for any unused portion of the membership term. We may, in our sole discretion, post charges to your payment method individually or aggregate charges for some or all of your Subscription Based Services.
We may offer you free trials so that you may try a Subscription Based Services subscription without charge or obligation ("Free Trial"). Unless otherwise stated, and unless you cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of the Free Trial, periodic subscription fees will be charged at the then-applicable rate upon expiration of the Free Trial period, and will continue to be charged until the subscription is canceled or expires. If you are not satisfied with a particular Subscription Based Service, you must cancel the subscription before the Free Trial ends to avoid charges. We reserve the right to limit you to one free trial or promotion, and to prohibit the combining of free trials or other promotional offers.
We, in our sole discretion, may change, discontinue, or terminate any or all aspects of a Subscription Based Service without notice, including access to support services, content, and other products or services ancillary to the Subscription Based Service, subject to providing an appropriate refund for any portion of a specified but no longer available term.
The Company owns all signals, information, and analysis sent via email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other form of communication. Attempting to copy, resell, or distribute our products will result in immediate termination of the service or subscription without warning. Additionally, anyone who engages in one of the aforementioned activities will not be eligible for a refund.
After you join our Telegram VIP channel you will not be eligible for a refund. If you wish to cancel your purchase or subscription, you must inform us by email at info@forexero.com before accessing our VIP channel.
Lifetime Memberships purchased directly through payment methods such as PayPal, Stripe, cryptocurrency, credit or debit cards, bank transfer, or any other supported payment method are granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company reserves the unrestricted right to approve, deny, revoke, modify, or terminate any Lifetime Membership obtained via direct payment, at any time, with or without notice, and without obligation to provide a reason. Lifetime access granted via direct purchase does not constitute a guaranteed perpetual right and may be altered, limited, suspended, or discontinued if determined necessary due to business, regulatory, operational, market, or strategic changes. The Company reserves the right to change the benefits, structure, pricing, and eligibility requirements of Lifetime Memberships purchased via direct payment methods at any time.
Any Lifetime Membership granted, sold, or provided prior to 1 January 2026 is considered a legacy membership and is subject to review, modification, suspension, or termination at the sole discretion of the Company.
Due to the evolving nature of the financial trading industry, regulatory environments, technology infrastructure, liquidity conditions, and operational models, the Company does not guarantee the continuation of any benefits, privileges, pricing, access level, or conditions previously granted under legacy Lifetime Memberships. The Company reserves the unrestricted right to:
No compensation, refunds, or replacements shall be required in the event of modification or termination of any legacy Lifetime Membership.
All membership tiers, including but not limited to Lifetime Memberships, VIP access, and sponsored access, operate strictly at the discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the absolute right to interpret, modify, suspend, terminate, or restructure any membership program, including eligibility requirements and access rights, at any time. Membership programs do not constitute a vested or permanent right and do not create any ownership interest or entitlement.
The term "Lifetime Membership" refers to access for the operational lifetime of the product, service, or program, and not for the lifetime of the customer. The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any service, product, or feature at any time, including those associated with Lifetime Memberships.
The standard minimum deposit to qualify for a sponsored Forexero Lifetime Membership is 500 USD. This requirement is set by the sponsor broker and may be increased, reduced, or adjusted in the future depending on broker policy or internal partnership agreements. Any update to the required amount becomes effective immediately.
Once a sponsor broker partnership period ends, members are required to join Forexero's current sponsor broker to maintain or requalify for Lifetime Membership eligibility. For example, if you joined a sponsor broker in 2024 but failed to meet the required conditions to qualify for lifetime status, you must reapply through Forexero's active sponsor broker in 2025 or later. Previous broker registrations will not carry forward.
To maintain your Lifetime Membership status, you must actively engage in trading on your sponsored broker account. This includes executing trades and reaching a minimum cumulative trading volume of 15 lots within 3 months of trading, as well as maintaining at least three consecutive months of active trading. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the termination of your Lifetime Membership.
The Lifetime Membership granted through participation in our sponsor broker program is subject to cancellation at any time at the discretion of either our Company or the sponsor broker. We reserve the right to revoke membership privileges without prior notice or explanation.
If you change your Introducing Broker, affiliate link, or transfer your trading account to a different affiliate or partner, your Lifetime Membership will be immediately revoked without prior notice or compensation. Membership is strictly tied to the specific IB and broker relationship under which it was granted.
Failure to comply with any of the trading activity requirements or other provisions stated in these terms will result in the revocation of your Lifetime Membership. This may occur without additional notification. It is your responsibility to ensure full compliance with the program terms.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website or through direct notice. Continued participation in the sponsor program means acceptance of the revised terms.
Membership may also be terminated for reasons including, but not limited to, fraudulent activity, violation of trading or broker regulations, or any conduct considered harmful to the integrity of Forexero, the broker, or their partners.
Until you have completed at least three full months of active trading or reached a minimum cumulative volume of 50 lots, your account balance must not fall below your original deposit amount due to withdrawals. For example, if you deposit 500 USD, any withdrawal that brings the balance below that amount before meeting the trading requirements will result in automatic disqualification from the Lifetime Membership.
By opening an account through our sponsor broker link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the above provisions may result in immediate membership termination without compensation.
Clients who already hold an account with our sponsor broker may qualify for the Forexero Lifetime Membership under the following conditions. You must successfully switch your IB to Forexero. After the IB change is confirmed, you must make a new deposit of 500 USD or higher to qualify for the Lifetime Membership. This deposit must be additional to your existing account balance at the time of the IB change. Withdrawals made before or after the IB change cannot be reused or offset by redepositing funds to meet this requirement. For example, if your equity is 3,000 USD, withdrawing 500 USD and redepositing 500 USD will not qualify. You must deposit 500 USD on top of your current balance at the time of the IB change.
"Lifetime Membership" is conditional and granted solely in connection with Forexero's active sponsor broker at the time of qualification. It does not constitute a guaranteed or permanent right to access. If Forexero's relationship with a sponsor broker is modified, terminated, or replaced, any membership obtained through that broker may be revoked or deemed ineligible at our sole discretion. Eligibility from previous sponsor brokers does not transfer to any current or future partnerships.
Forexero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate membership benefits at any time due to business, partnership, or regulatory changes. All existing terms and conditions of the sponsor broker membership program continue to apply in full. Forexero reserves the right to verify eligibility and to request confirmation of the IB change and qualifying deposit before granting access to the Lifetime Membership.
