The same rules as the results page
The highest target reached
Every signal is posted with an entry, a stop loss and three targets, TP1 to TP3. Its outcome is the highest target the market reached, measured in pips from the entry. Gold pips are counted at $0.10 of price.
A stop is a full loss
A signal that hits its stop before TP1 is recorded as a full loss at the full stop distance. Once a signal reaches TP1 it is no longer recorded as a loss: it scores at the highest target it reaches, unless the desk closes it at entry and records a breakeven.
Breakeven only when the desk records one
A breakeven (0 pips) appears only when the desk closes a trade at its entry price and records it that way. The automatic scoring never produces a 0 on its own.
One win rate
The win rate is worked out one way everywhere: signals that reached a target plus breakevens, as a share of all closed signals. Breakevens are also counted on their own, so the rate without them can be worked out from the same figures.
These are published signal outcomes in pips, not a broker statement or any member’s account return: a member’s result on the same signal depends on their entry, lot size, costs and how far they run it. Trading forex and gold carries a real risk of loss, and past performance does not guarantee future results. The full rules are on the methodology page.
