These terms govern the Forexero referral and affiliate program. By sharing your referral link or accepting any commission, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not participate in the program.
1. Who can participate
Any Forexero member with an account in good standing may participate. Forexero reserves the right to exclude, suspend, or remove any participant from the program at any time, at its sole discretion, including where abuse or a breach of these terms is suspected.
2. How referrals are tracked
- Each member receives a unique referral link containing their personal code.
- When someone visits Forexero through your link, a tracking cookie valid for 30 days is stored in their browser. If they click a different affiliate's link afterwards, the most recent link wins.
- A referral is attributed only at the moment a new account is created. Existing members cannot be attributed or re-attributed to a referrer afterwards, and attribution cannot be added, changed, or transferred once an account exists.
- If the visitor clears their cookies, uses a different browser or device, or signs up more than 30 days after clicking, the referral may not be attributed. Forexero cannot restore attributions that were not captured at signup.
3. Commissions
- You earn a percentage of every payment your referred members make to Forexero, at the base rate shown on your Refer and Earn page (currently 25% unless a different rate has been agreed with you individually).
- Commissions are recurring: they apply to the first payment and to every renewal for as long as the referred member remains a paying member.
- When a referred member activates the sponsored broker route, you receive a one-time fixed bounty at the rate shown on your Refer and Earn page instead of a recurring commission for that member, unless they later also purchase a paid plan.
- Commission amounts are calculated on the payment amount received by Forexero, before any payment processor fees.
- Forexero may change the base commission rate, the bounty amount, or the program structure at any time. Changes apply to future payments only and never remove commissions already earned.
4. Payouts
- Payouts are made to the payout email you provide on your Refer and Earn page.
- A minimum pending balance of £25 is required before payout details can be added and before any payout is made.
- Payouts are processed periodically at Forexero's reasonable discretion, typically within 30 days of a payout request or accumulation above the threshold.
- You are solely responsible for providing a correct payout email and for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations that apply to your commission income in your jurisdiction.
5. Refunds, chargebacks, and clawbacks
- If a referred member's payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the commission earned on that payment is reversed.
- If the reversed commission was already paid out to you, it becomes a clawback: Forexero may deduct it from your future commissions or request repayment.
- Forexero may withhold payouts while a referred payment is under dispute.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following will result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program, and may result in termination of your Forexero membership:
- Self-referral in any form, including referring accounts you own or control, accounts of the same household created to capture commissions, or funding referred subscriptions yourself.
- Creating fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts, or using stolen or false identity or payment information.
- Misrepresenting Forexero, including any promise or implication of guaranteed profits, guaranteed win rates, or risk-free trading. Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss, and your promotion must never state or suggest otherwise.
- Presenting yourself as Forexero, as an employee of Forexero, or as an official Forexero channel.
- Spam of any kind, including unsolicited bulk messaging, comment spam, or posting your link in communities where it is not permitted.
- Bidding on Forexero brand terms in paid search or running ads that impersonate Forexero.
- Offering unauthorized rebates, cashback, or splitting your commission with the person you refer, unless agreed with Forexero in writing.
- Any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the people you refer.
7. Marketing standards
- All promotion must be truthful and must reflect that trading results vary and losses are possible.
- Where you publish performance figures, they must come from Forexero's official published results and must not be altered.
- You must comply with the advertising rules of any platform you promote on, and with any financial promotion rules that apply where you operate.
8. Program changes and termination
- Forexero may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. If the program is terminated, commissions already earned and not forfeited under these terms will still be paid out under section 4.
- Forexero may audit referral activity at any time. Where fraud or abuse is found, all related commissions are void, whether pending or paid.
- These terms are in addition to the general Forexero Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply.
9. No advice, no guarantee
Participation in the program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Forexero. Nothing in the program or in these terms is financial advice. Commission earnings depend entirely on the activity of the members you refer, and Forexero makes no guarantee of any income.
