Commissions accrue as pending in your dashboard. Once your pending balance reaches £25 you can add your payout email, and payouts are sent to it. Refunded or charged-back payments reverse their commission.

Attribution happens at the moment the account is created, through a 30-day tracking cookie from your link. If they cleared cookies, used a different device, or signed up more than 30 days after clicking, the referral cannot be attributed afterwards. Sign-ups that tracked correctly appear in your dashboard instantly, before any payment.

No. Self-referrals do not count and commission-splitting or unauthorized cashback arrangements are against the Affiliate Terms and lead to forfeiture of commissions.

Go to app.forexero.com and sign in with Google or your email. If you previously had an account and it says the account was not found, simply sign in with Google or create the account again with the same email; your membership reconnects automatically.

Use the forgot password link on the sign-in page and follow the email instructions. If you signed up with Google, there is no password; just use the Google button.

Open Account in your dashboard. You can edit your display name, country, and other details there, and upload a profile photo that appears across the site.

Contact support from the email tied to your account and request deletion. We will confirm, cancel any active billing, and remove your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
